The Collective’s TULUM  AI Mastermind & Hacker House Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Employees and immediate relatives of The Collective / Hacker House team are not eligible to participate.

• Entry: 

• 2 Chances To Win.

• Participants can comment "AI" on the designated Instagram post to receive one entry. (will have link to put email)

• Submission form is entered above or with links from social media posts.
• Sharing the post on their Instagram, Instagram story, Facebook, or Facebook story  provides an additional entry. Entries will close 48-72 hours from the launch of giveaway on 5.7.2024

1. Timing & Event:
• If winner cannot make it to this Tulum Event on May 16th to 19th, they can go ahead and get the winning pass to the Next Mastermind or hacker House
• If someone is thinking about purchasing a ticket but waiting to see winner, just purchase, contact us and we will aggregate them into winner and return of funds.
• If someone has already purchased, gotten hotel and flights, and wins, please contact us on fasciliattion to have everything added OR we can just give the prize for our second or 3rd hacker House/Mastermind.
• Members of the Collective can participate and win. If you cannot attend this hacker House, then we will allow the all inclusive pass to be done for a future Mastermind Or Hacker House.

• Prize Details:

• All-access pass to the Hacker House & mastermind sessions. (Value is usually $5-10k, at the moment tickets are $2500 each)

• Accommodation in a luxurious villa in Tulum from May 16 to May 19.

• Ground transportation including airport pickup and drop-off.
• All meals and group outings, including visits to local cenotes and Tulum Beach.

• Round-trip flights to Cancun/Tulum (up to a maximum value of $500, if the price is higher, the winner can pay the difference).

• Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified via Instagram DM & Email within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

• Winner will be selected within estimated 48-72 hours of Giveaway launch.

• Flight Cost Cap: The maximum coverage for flight expenses is $500. Any costs exceeding this amount will be the responsibility of the winner (We will support ticketing and etc)

• General Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

• Participants agree to a complete release of Instagram and acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

• By entering, participants consent to The Collective using their names, images, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Liability Release: The Collective is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
• Privacy: All personal information collected from participants will be used only for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with The Collective’s privacy policy.
